Once shipped, FedEx Ground shipments will be received in approximately 3-5 business days. For orders under $75, shipping cost will vary depending on shipment destination. FedEx 2-day Shipping costs $15 and orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be sent out the same business day and received within two business days. FedEx Overnight Shipping costs $25 and orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be sent out the same business day and received within one business day.
As for the return policy, Trina Turk gladly accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as originally received: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items MUST have original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with protective lining in place. Any items received outside of the 30-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer. A $9.95 return fee applies to all returned orders. All items marked "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If any merchandise purchased from the FINAL SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your package.
